how to make vegetable fried rice

vegetable fried rice is so easy to prepare .it makes the weekend,a special time of joy at the dining table .it is also the one of the most popular dishes that caters to everyone's taste !


ingredients-
1)green chilies -5
2)spring onions-1/2 cup
3)grated cabbage-1 cup
4)sliced potatoes-1 cup
5)green peas -1 cup
6)mint and coriander -1 cup
7)bell pepper-1/2 cup
8)carrots-1 cup
9)oil/ghee-3 tbsp
10)cooked rice-4 cups 
11)chili sauce-1 tsp
12)pepper-1 tsp
13)soya sauce -1 tsp
14)salt-required quantity


preparation -
cook the rice and allow it to coll .take ghee or oil in a frying pan .now add all the vegetables and cook until they are soft .add chill sauce and soya sauce to the already coked vegetables .add salt to taste .add the leaves now.saute(fry) them for a couple of minutes .after adding the rice ,mix all of them carefully on low flame .serve hot with raitha(curd)
